Enable App Installation from Unknown Sources

By default, Firestick blocks apps that aren't in the Amazon Appstore. We need to allow IPTV Smarters Pro to install.

  1. From the Firestick home screen, go to Settings (gear icon, top right)

  3. Click Developer Options
  4. Turn ON Apps from Unknown Sources

  4. Select the orange Downloader app (by AFTVnews)

Download IPTV Smarters Pro

Now we use Downloader to install the IPTV Smarters Pro app, which is what you'll use to watch Emerald Stream.

  1. Open the Downloader app
  2. Click on the URL field
  3. Enter: www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk
  4. Click Go
  5. Wait for the file to download (usually 20-30 seconds)
  6. When prompted, click Install
  7. Once installed, click Done, then Delete to free up space

Open IPTV Smarters Pro

Find and launch your newly installed IPTV Smarters Pro app.

  1. Return to the Firestick home screen
  2. Scroll down to Your Apps & Games

Enter Your Emerald Stream Login

Now we connect IPTV Smarters Pro to your Emerald Stream account using the credentials we sent you via WhatsApp.

  1. On the IPTV Smarters Pro home screen, select Login with Xtream Codes API
  2. Enter Any Name (e.g. "Emerald Stream")
  3. Enter your Username (from your WhatsApp message)
  4. Enter your Password (from your WhatsApp message)
  5. Enter the Server URL (from your WhatsApp message — looks like http://yourserver:port)
  6. Click Add User

Common Issues & Fixes

"Apps from Unknown Sources" option missing

Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About. Click on "Fire TV Stick" 7 times rapidly until you see "You are now a developer". Then Developer Options will appear in the My Fire TV menu.

Downloader app won't download IPTV Smarters

Double-check the URL: www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk (no spaces, all lowercase). If it still fails, restart your Firestick, then try again with a stable internet connection.

"Authentication Failed" or "Invalid Login"

Re-check your username, password, and server URL — they're case-sensitive. Common mistakes: typing "O" instead of "0", missing the "http://" in the server URL. Still stuck? WhatsApp us and we'll send fresh credentials.

Channels load but stream is buffering

Run a speed test on your Firestick (search "internet speed" in Settings). You need 10+ Mbps for HD, 25+ Mbps for 4K. If speed is low, connect Ethernet (via adapter) or move Firestick closer to your router.

Some channels won't play

Restart the IPTV Smarters Pro app, then try again. If specific channels still don't work, message us on WhatsApp with the channel name — server-side issues are usually fixed within minutes.

Picture quality looks poor

In IPTV Smarters Pro, go to Settings → Player Selection → Choose "Smarters Player" for best quality. Also enable Hardware Decoder in app settings for smoother playback on 4K content.
