Install Smart IPTV from Samsung Store

Samsung TVs use the Tizen Store. Most have Smart IPTV pre-available.

Smart IPTV not found in app store

Samsung and LG have removed Smart IPTV from some regions/models. Try IBO Player instead — it's available in nearly all Smart TV stores and works the same way. Search "IBO Player" in your TV's app store.

"No connection to server" error

Check your TV's internet connection. Run a speed test in TV settings — you need 10+ Mbps for HD, 25+ Mbps for 4K. Also try restarting your router. Ethernet cable connection is more reliable than Wi-Fi.

Can't find MAC address on Samsung/LG

Easiest way: open Smart IPTV/SS IPTV app — your MAC appears on the welcome screen. Or go to Settings → Network → Status → MAC Address (path varies by TV model). WhatsApp us if you're stuck.

Streams buffer or freeze

Most common cause: slow Wi-Fi. Connect your Smart TV via Ethernet cable for best performance. Also restart the IPTV app and your TV. If still buffering, check internet speed — needs 25+ Mbps for 4K.

Picture looks blurry or low quality

Inside the IPTV app, look for video quality settings — choose "Auto" or the highest available. Also check your TV's picture mode is set to "Movie" or "Cinema" instead of "Standard" for best clarity.

Double-check your username/password/server URL — they're case-sensitive. Most common error: missing "http://" before the server URL. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend fresh credentials.
